Shipping
Your order should ship out within approximately 1-3 business days from date of purchase -- and more often on the same business day.  If any items are out of stock we will contact you with an expected ship date and make any necessary adjustments to your order.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Material Needs product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Material Needs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Material Needs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Material Needs shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Material Needs without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Material Needs may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Material Needs, Material Needs has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Material Needs. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Material Needs seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).


Backorders
Orders containing any products that are on back-order will be shipped out as soon as the back-ordered items are in stock.  We will not separate your order into multiple shipments.  If you'd like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders:  one for in-stock items & one for back-ordered items.  The majority of the time, a product's detail page will notify you if an item is on back-order.  In some cases there may not be notification.  If this occurs, we will email you about the back-ordered item(s) after your order is placed.


Returns
Items that have been broken or damaged in the mail may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving.  All other items may be returned, in good condition, with original packaging, within 14 days of receiving, for store credit (minus original shipping charges).  The shipping cost for a return is the customer's responsibility.  Please email customer service first and upon approval, return merchandise with a note explaining the reason for your return, and whether you'd like a replacement (same item only) or store credit, to:
